Many of our products are made to order and can take 1-4 days to print before shipping. Once produced, the item will be shipped ASAP. Typically, you can expect your item to ship 2-5 business days of purchase. Keep in mind that holidays and weather can delay this timeline.   • The cutoff for shipments is 12pm PST.
  • Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
  • We are not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier for general domestic shipments. FedEx ground is our preferred carrier for domestic framed orders. USPS First Class is only available for items that have no production time.

  • FedEx Ground (15-24 Business Days)

International Shipping

We use DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipments. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and not available in all countries.

  • DHL Express (2-6 business days)
  • Priority Mail International (7-12 business days)
  • USPS First Class (12-21 business days)*

      * No tracking or Insurance available on First Class Shipments. Please ship at your own risk.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods. No exceptions. Fees are determined and collected per specific country. Baron Von Fancy is not responsible for duties and/or taxes on shipments.

Framed Orders

Each frame is custom made with the utmost care, please allow 15-24 business days to receive your order via FedEx Ground.

At this time, framing is only available for customers within the USA. 


P.O. and APO Delivery

Baron Von Fancy can deliver to P.O. boxes as well as APO addresses using USPS.

Returned Shipments & Lost Shipments

All packages returned to Baron Von Fancy by USPS, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges again before Baron Von Fancy re-ships the package.   

Baron Von Fancy is NOT responsible for package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a report with USPS directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.

Order Tracking

If you selected USPS Priority or FedEx Ground, you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. You can login to the order status page on our website and see the current status of your order.  

Please Note: Sometimes, the package travels faster than the website is able to update. If you don’t see your package in route, this does not necessarily mean your item has not shipped yet.
